Gottman Method Level 1 Clinical Training

Discover the foundation of Gottman Method Couples Therapy in this Level 1 Training. Grounded in over 40 years of research with more than 3,000 couples, this training introduces a practical approach to treating relationship distress. You'll gain evidence-based tools for assessing relationship dynamics and guiding couples toward a deeper connection.
In this training you will learn to recognize the behaviors that predict relationship success or failure and apply practical interventions to help couples build stronger, more connected relationships. The training covers Gottman Method assessment tools, including the Sound Relationship House Theory and the concept of the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse, to help therapists identify destructive patterns and foster positive communication for couples.
