Elizabeth Shoop, LMHC, CGT

I graduated from Eastern Washington University in 2016 with a Masters in Clinical Psychology. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor serving adults and couples in the state of Washington. I offer both face-to-face and telehealth counseling.

I specialize in working individually with adults and couples in managing relationship conflict and improving communication. I utilize a self-compassionate approach in my work and focus on increasing individual self-esteem to gain healthy relationships.

I am a Certified Gottman Therapist (CGT) and utilize the Gottman method in my practice to help couples learn healthy communication, repair from conflict, and build a positive emotional connection.

Fees:
$175/hour session
$225/90 minute session
